YesWeBid aggregates tenders from the main Spanish and European public platforms: PLACSP, TED (EU Tenders Electronic Daily), Kontratazioa (Basque Country), Catalonia Procurement Portal, Galicia and Navarra. Private sources can also be added.

The ETL system syncs sources every few hours. PLACSP and TED are updated several times a day. Regional platforms are synced at least once a day. You will receive near real-time alerts when a tender matching your profile is published.

Yes. From the Alerts section of the dashboard you can create alerts based on keywords, CPV, geographic region, minimum budget and source. Every time a tender meeting your criteria is published you will receive an email notification.

When you open a tender detail you can request an automatic analysis of the document. The system downloads it, processes it with Claude (Anthropic) and generates an executive summary including: contract scope, award criteria, required solvency, key deadlines and potential risks. The analysis is available on the Professional plan and above.

Yes. In any list view or tender detail you will find the Export button. You can download the sheet as a PDF or export a filtered set of tenders to an Excel file (.xlsx). This feature is available on all paid plans.

Go to Settings → Organisation → Members and click Invite member. Enter your colleague's email and assign a role (Admin, Editor or Viewer). They will receive an email invitation to join your workspace. The number of members depends on your plan.
